Do not use these 20 drugs because they cause memory loss
Unfortunately, the leading cause of death in the United States is poor medicine. Prescription drugs cause more than 100,000 deaths each year, and more than 1.5 million hospitalizations with serious side effects.

The following three groups of drugs cause many cognitive problems, including memory:

Sleeping pills
Sleeping pills often cause loss of memory and cause a state similar to being in a coma or drunkenness. Therefore, they do not get the sleep needed for the body to heal itself.

For example, Ambien, a popular drug, is known as the “amnesia drug” because it causes hallucinations, night terrors, sleep walking, and drowsy driving.

Statin drugs
This drug is one of the worst drugs for the brain and is used to control cholesterol levels. This is due to the fact that ΒΌ of the brain contains cholesterol, needed for thinking, memory, and learning. However, they also cause forgetfulness and similar results.

“Anti” drugs
All “preventive” drugs, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, or anti-inflammatory drugs affects the level of acetylcholine in the body, which is a neurotransmitter important for memory and learning.

Its low levels cause blindness, forgetfulness, dementia, delirium, mental confusion, and hearing loss.

Richard C. Mohs, former vice chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, created the following list of 20 drugs that affect memory:

Antibiotics (quinolones)
Sleeping pills – Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata
Painkillers – morphine, codeine, heroin
Pain medicine
Epilepsy – Dilantin or phenytoin
Barbiturates – Nembutal, Phenobarbital, Seconal, Amytal
Antipsychotics – Mellaril, Haldol
Parkinson’s disease – atropine, glycopyrrolate, scopolamine
Benzodiazepines – Xanax, Valium, Dalmane, Ativan
Blood pressure medication
Tricyclic antidepressants
If you use these drugs, you should consult your doctor and find out if they affect your memory. You can find other health options, at least other drugs or lifestyle changes.

You need to do more physical activity, take some medicine, and eat some foods that are good for the brain, in order to reduce it.

You need to maintain a healthy brain to stay sane and healthy in general.
