Peanut sauce gives this dish a unique taste. And it only takes a few minutes to make.
Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) tricolor quinoa, uncooked

1 bag of 142 g of julienated carrots

60 ml (1/4 cup) rice vinegar
-
60 ml (1/4 cup) water
-
1 C. brown sugar, packaged
-
1/2 year salt
-
2 ch.c. canola oil
-
450 g chicken bones without bones, without skin, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
-
125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh coriander, chopped
peanut sauce
-
250 ml (1 glass) of water
-
125 ml (1/2 cup) creamy natural peanut butter
-
1 C. tablespoon rice vinegar
-
3 ch.c. hoisin sauce:
-
1 C. brown sugar, packaged
-
1 C. tablespoon red pepper և garlic sauce
Preparation:
- To make peanut sauce, mix water in a bowl with peanut butter, rice vinegar (1 g / g), hops sauce, brown sugar (1 g / g) and chili-garlic sauce until smooth. To order.
- Cook the movie according to the package instructions.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat at the same time. Add carrot, vinegar, water, brown sugar և 1/4 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil, squeeze, then transfer to a medium bowl.
- Remove the pan: Return to medium-high heat. Add canola oil և add chicken և 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook the chicken, stirring frequently, until browned, 5 or 6 minutes. Add the peanut sauce և continue to cook, stirring, until it thickens slightly but is still liquid, 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add pickled carrots to the cylinder and mix. Divide the movie into 4 bowls. Fill the chicken և carrot.
