Chicken, peanut sauce և quinoa

Peanut sauce gives this dish a unique taste. And it only takes a few minutes to make.


  • 250 ml (1 cup) tricolor quinoa, uncooked

  • 1 bag of 142 g of julienated carrots

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) rice vinegar

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) water

  • 1 C. brown sugar, packaged

  • 1/2 year salt

  • 2 ch.c. canola oil

  • 450 g chicken bones without bones, without skin, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh coriander, chopped

peanut sauce

  • 250 ml (1 glass) of water

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) creamy natural peanut butter

  • 1 C. tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 3 ch.c. hoisin sauce:

  • 1 C. brown sugar, packaged

  • 1 C. tablespoon red pepper և garlic sauce


  1. To make peanut sauce, mix water in a bowl with peanut butter, rice vinegar (1 g / g), hops sauce, brown sugar (1 g / g) and chili-garlic sauce until smooth. To order.
  2. Cook the movie according to the package instructions.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat at the same time. Add carrot, vinegar, water, brown sugar և 1/4 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil, squeeze, then transfer to a medium bowl.
  4. Remove the pan: Return to medium-high heat. Add canola oil և add chicken և 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook the chicken, stirring frequently, until browned, 5 or 6 minutes. Add the peanut sauce և continue to cook, stirring, until it thickens slightly but is still liquid, 1 or 2 minutes.
