Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, without bones, without skin, cubes
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) thyme
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- 250 ml (1 glass) white wine
- 2 liters (8 cups) of low-salt chicken broth
- 250 ml (1 cup) sliced carrot
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn starch diluted in a little cold water
- 1 liter (4 cups) of spinach leaves
- 250 ml (1 cup) 15% cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3 onions, minced
- 2 pieces of jalapeno pepper, sliced (seeds և white membranes removed)
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of maple syrup
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) white vinegar
- 500 ml (2 cups) boiled Orzo pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
STEP 1:
In a hot saucepan, grease the chicken and thyme in a little oil.
STEP 2:
Salt, pepper and iced white wine.
STEP 3:
Add broth, let the carrots simmer for 15 minutes.
STEP 4:
Add corn starch, spinach, cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Check the spice.
STEP 5:
At the same time, fry the onion and pepper in butter in a hot saucepan or frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6:
