Ingredients for 4 people.
- 2 liters of homemade chicken broth
- Sticks of 3 lemons
- 3 lime or combo holder (dry)
- 2 fresh peppers
- 1 piece of ginger 5 cm
- 2 packets of cabbage
- 10 small pieces of corn
- 4 tomatoes, washed և cut into cubes
- 1 ch.c. tablespoon red pepper paste
- 8 ch.c. tablespoon nuoc mam sauce
- 1 ch.c. ground coriander
- 1 ch.c. grated garlic
- Juice of 2 limes
- 12 raw royal shrimp
- 1/2 bunch chopped Thai onion
- A few coriander leaves
- Finely salt և ground pepper
Tableware.
- 1 cutting board + 1 knife + 1 small knife + 1 tablespoon
- 2 small salad bowls + soup plates or bowls
- 1 pot + 1 microplan grater + 1 spatula + 1 bucket
- A few tablespoons
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
Divide the lemongrass stalks in half.
Dip lemon grass, lime leaves, pepper, ginger in hot broth, cover and bring to a boil.
Add corn և tomatoes.
Chop Pak Choi cabbage, dip in the pan, then cook for 10 minutes.
While the broth is cooking, peel the shrimp, taking care to remove the shells with a small knife.
Add red pepper paste, nuoc-mâm sauce, coriander powder, garlic, lime juice to the broth.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve in deep plates.
Sprinkle with onion and coriander
