  • paprika
  • ground cumin
  • 30 g of coarse salt
  • 10 pieces of pepper

Preparation.

  1. Cut the cabbage into quarters and keep 3/4 in the appropriate container.
  2. Peel the remaining 1/4 of the cabbage, peel the remaining vegetables, cut them into pieces, then put them in a big pot.
  3. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
  4. Put them in the pan as well
  5. Add bay leaf, 15 peppers, 2 cloves and salt.
  6. Cover everything with 10 liters of water, then cook on high heat.
  7. Then cook gently for 40 minutes.
  8. Add to your vegetables, 1 tsp. paprika և 1 tsp. ground cumin coffee.

Ingredients.

  9. Remove from the oven, arrange the donuts on a plate, then place the vegetables, chicken pieces, and half-cut eggs.

Konafa with mozzarella

Ingredients.

  • 300 g konafa (long angel hair or ktaef)
  • 150 g butter
  • 500 g of cheese (mozzarella)
  • 150 g of crushed pistachios

For syrup.

  • 150 ml of water
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation.

Preparation of the syrup: Boil the sugar, water, lemon juice for 15 minutes, until the syrup is obtained, take it off the fire and leave it to cool.

  1. Melt the butter on a low heat in a saucepan
  2. Relax the hemp so that it separates well
  3. Using kitchen scissors, cut the cherries
