- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Madras curry
- 1 box of 400 g peeled tomatoes
- 250 g of coral lentils
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip
- Fresh coriander
- Olive oil
- 10 kg of coconut milk
