Thai chicken soup

Ingredients (for 3 or 4 people)

– 1 chicken broth diluted in 75 ml lukewarm water – 40 ml coconut milk – 1 large chicken cutlet – 200 g fragrant mushrooms (straight) – 3 stalks of fresh lemon grass – 1 piece of ginger (the size of a thumb) – 1 small Thai pepper ( or 1/2, depending on taste) – 1 small fresh onion or 1 spring onion – 1/2 lime – 2 kaffir lime leaves (or a little more lemon grass) – 10 fresh coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon nuoc-mâm – 1 level tea spoon of powdered sugar

Preparation:

-Prepare the lemon grass. Cut the hard part և Crush the soft part (with a few centimeters of sticks) with the handle of a knife or drum, so that the aromas are wonderful. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the ginger. Wash the kaffir lime masters.

– Pour the chicken broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add ginger, lemon grass, sugar, kaffir lime owners, simmer for 5 minutes. – Then add coconut milk, chopped pepper և nuoc-mâm. Continue to cook for 5 minutes. – Peel the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Cut the chicken into small slices. After removing the herbs (lemon grass, kaffir lime) add the mushrooms to the broth and cook the chicken until the chicken is cooked.

Squeeze the half-lime and pour the obtained juice into the pan.

– Wash the cylinder, remove the stems so that only the owners are left. – Finely chop the new onion with a little green stem. Sprinkle the soup with onion, coriander and serve.

Note: Most of the products can be easily found in Asian grocery stores or Asian supermarkets. If you can not find the owners of kefir lime, add a little lemon grass.
