Elvira Mason, our journalist, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Culinary Specialist, has created three seasonal recipes that combine fun and energy, perfect for starting the year right and discovering new dishes that are as original as they are delicious.

Elvira Masson, author, journalist, and Marie Claire’s deputy lifestyle editor, offers us a simple, comfortable kitchen to end the winter season. The fragrant recipes created during its culinary travels are perfect for gourmets looking for an easy, quick meal in less than 30 minutes.

Follow the recipe և two soups prepared for us by Elvira Masson for Breathing Week. The menu includes cuckoo sabzi, which is an Iranian recipe, and looks like an omelet with herbs. You will also know the recipe for Red Lentil Soup, Split Pea Soup, Romanesco Cabbage to add color and flavor to your dishes.

Receipts.

Kuku sabzi, for 4 to 6 people – 10 to 13 personal points.

COMPONENTS.

  • 5 g. olive oil
  • 1 bunch of flat leaves – parsley
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Mint
  • 1.5 cc baking powder
  • 1 C. teaspoon fleur de sel:
  • 1/2 year ground turmeric coffee
  • 4 shifts of pepper grinder
  • 1 C. flour
  • 8 large eggs
  • 50 g feta or ricotta
  • 1 pinch of harissa or 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 100 g of dried cranberries (or better yet, barley in Iranian grocery stores)

Coral lentil soup for 4 people – 15 to 18 personal points.

COMPONENTS.

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 cm piece of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 3 pinches of curry
  • 2 pinches of turmeric powder
  • 150 g of coral lentils
  • 400 ml of tomato paste
  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • A handful of fresh cilantro (owners ող stems)
  • Salt:
  • Ground pepper

Split pea soup, Romanesco cabbage, for 4 people – 2 to 4 people.

COMPONENTS.

  • 100 g of chopped peas
  • 1/2 small Romanesque cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 C. c. cumin powder
  • Half an orange juice
  • 3 ch.c. ս. olive oil
  • 100 kg of water
  • Salt and pepper
